Public Records Search 

Effective April 1, 2026, for municipalities that offer Public Records Search. 

Cost Per Detailed Record Search

$6.35 $6.95

The per-search price is increasing by $0.60 to help address rising maintenance cost and fund continued platform improvements.

Will my username and password change?

No — your login credentials will remain exactly the same. Your existing username and password will work seamlessly in the new user interface. No action is required on your part.

How much is Public Records Search changing, and why?

Effective April 1, 2026, the cost for a detailed Public Records Search will increase from $6.35 to $6.95 per search — an increase of $0.60.

This adjustment helps us address rising maintenance costs and allows us to continue investing in platform features that benefit all users.

Note: This pricing applies to municipalities that offer the Public Records Search feature. Homeowners can still access records free of charge for up to five properties they claim as their own.

How do I search for a parcel in the new interface?

Searching for a parcel is straightforward in the updated BS&A Online:

  1. Navigate to your municipality's BS&A Online page.
  2. Use the search bar at the top of the page — you can search by parcel number, address, or owner name.
  3. Select the matching result from the list to view property details.

How do I use the accessibility widget?

The new interface includes an accessibility widget located in the header of every page. To use it:

  1. Look for the accessibility icon (typically a person icon or "Accessibility Settings" label) in the top navigation area.
  2. Click the icon to open the accessibility menu.
  3. Choose from available options such as increased text size, high contrast mode, and other display preferences.
  4. Your settings will be applied immediately to your current session.

These settings are designed to support WCAG accessibility compliance and help make the platform easier to use for everyone.

Will the web address (URL) for my municipality's page change?

No. The URLs for municipality pages on BS&A Online will remain the same. Any bookmarks or saved links you have will continue to work after April 1, 2026.
